Czech National Bank

Our team carried out an implementation of an application for the communication of the Central Register of Accounts with the Data boxes information system. The project included requirements analysis, draft and implementation of a solution that now works to the contentment of the CNB. We provide the customer with support, maintenance and development services for the delivered solution.

The specialist in providing housing loans places high demands on IT and user security. Modrá pyramida has chosen our company as a partner for this area. We delivered a SIEM system to the customer. The provision of complete support, development and update of new versions of the delivered solution is part of the service as well as security consultations and advice on resolving security incidents.

Czech Point

Czech POINT

We designed many agendas and services. Within this project, we implemented a unique system of user management known under the name JIP/KAAS (Unified Identity Space / Catalog of Authentication and Authorization Services). Thanks to the unambiguous authentication and authorization of every user we achieved non-repudiation responsibility of the user. The project Czech POINT has been successfully working for a lot of years!

Data boxes

We created a unique system for state-guaranteed electronic communication between citizens, commercial companies and public authorities via a data box. It guarantees a high security level for users and transmitted data.

Czech POINT

Probably all Czech citizens know Czech POINT. We had a luck to be able to participate in its creation. And we ensure its flawless operation since its start date. Czech POINT is available in more than seven thousands of contact places to all citizens not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad. State offices in the Czech Republic use its dedicated interface CzechPOINT@office. As part of this project, we designed and created its basic infrastructure and provided many agendas and functionalities. We also performed complete migration of Czech POINT Central from old hardware to the new one placed in new data centre during an extended weekend.

Information system of data boxes

Everyone can communicate with the government from home or the office thanks to data boxes that we co-created. We designed a solution for user management and access control using standard technologies by NetlQ and SUSE vendors. The base of the system includes a reliable and sufficiently robust operating system SUSE Linux Enterprise Server. NetlQ Identity Manager was used for user management. NetlQ Sentinel was installed to monitor user accesses. The architecture of the system based on these components is therefore sufficiently flexible and scalable. The scalability was one of the key requirements because at the time of creation and development of the system we didn’t know the final number of users. Its estimation came out of the number of companies registered in the Commercial Register and on the demographic curve of the population of the Czech Republic.

Moravian-Silesian region

We provide technical support and participation in further development of the project Internal office integration and integration with eGovernment for the Moravian-Silesian region. The project successfully connected the key information systems in the regional office through Enterprise Service bus. Central user management including interconnection with the Czech Republic’s eGovernment shared services and user access control to office applications was built in the regional office. In 2018, we succeeded in implementing the next project Regional corporation identity management that and enabled the client effective use of previously inserted investments to his IT systems. The regional office thus gradually involves users from contributory organisations established within the entire Moravian-Silesian region.

State Institute for Drug Control

We successively realised the project to create enterprise architecture of the institute for drug control (including the area of ePrescription) using the TOGAF architecture framework and ArchiMate modelling standard. At the same time we participated in the preparation of an application for the project assessment by the Department of the Chief Architect of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic for the eRecept system with a description of the system architecture and the use of shared eGovernment services.

Czech Statistical Office

We have been cooperating on many subprojects with customer for a long time, e.g. for the connection of four non-editing agenda information systems to the Information System of Base Registers. We added a new user management component 'Local unified identity space' (LJIP) to the existing infrastructure of the ČTÚ and ensured its new functionalities.
In this solution, it was crucial to analyse the data requirements of integrated systems to discover data that needed to be synchronised between these systems and LJIP and then develop integration connectors for individual systems that provide this synchronization in real time. An access gateway (based on another NEWPS.CZ product with same name) provides an authentication and user access to integrated applications. This access gateway represents central access point to applications from user’s point of view and enables the concept of multifactor authentication. The LJIP system is actively used by ČTÚ and has been still developed during previous five years of production operation. New functionalities are added and the number of integrated systems to LJIP has been increasing.

Czech telecommunication office

The Czech National Bank

As result of our business activities in banking, we won in the tender for the development and implementation of an application for the communication of the Central Register of Accounts with the Data boxes information system. In this case, the customer was the Czech National Bank. Our team participated in the requirements analysis and delivered a solution that now works to the contentment of the CNB. We had the great advantage that we – as one of the suppliers of the Data box system – were able to use our deep knowledge of Data Boxes in the development of this particular application. We also provide the customer with a support, maintenance and update service for the delivered solution. The service also includes the provision of analyses and solution design, including consultations related to solution development.

Modrá pyramida building society

Modrá pyramida is one of the companies that specialize in providing housing loans, reconstruction of housing stock, with the purchase or construction of real estate. It provides its services in more than 200 counselling centres throughout the country, has 300 employees and almost 700 counsellors. The company places high demands on the IT and user security. Modrá pyramida has chosen our company as a partner for this area. We delivered a SIEM (Security information and event management) system to the customer. The provision of complete support is part of the service as well as development and update of new versions of the delivered solution. An integral part of our services are security consultations, which are related to current security risks and advice on resolving security incidents.

O2 IT Services

We are a long-term technological supplier to O2 IT Services, a subsidiary of the O2 communication operator focusing on information technology. It was already in 2008 when we designed and delivered a solution for user management and access control of the Data Box Information System, including monitoring and auditing tool. We solved the same task when designing new ISDS2018 + system. Our solution is flexible and sufficiently scalable so that the system can grow from user’s point of view.

Chamber of Commerce - Legal electronic system

The Legal electronic system (PES) is a service for entrepreneurs and companies with a clear mission – it is here to easily control the obligations arising for them from laws, decrees, regulations and others and thus reduce their burden on bureaucracy. The PES interface offers an easy option to monitor all obligations of an entrepreneur or company clearly in one place and notify him in time so that nothing is forgotten. It monitors deadlines, when and what to pay, where and how to apply or what form to send. All such activities are performed by PES instead by entrepreneurs and companies. System also offers several useful functions for easier work organisation - e.g. the possibility of delegating responsibilities to co-workers or a useful mobile application. As a result, PES will make a significant contribution to reducing the burden of business. Stop spend hours of desperate efforts to orientate yourself in regulations, stop unnecessary expenses for law advice and fines. PES has it all under control.
